  • Pay Range: $120,726 - $130,000

    The Chief Communications Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing and leading the development and execution of an organization's internal and external communication strategies.

    This role ensures consistent messaging, enhances the organization's public image, and effectively communicates with stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, media, and the public. The CCO works closely with senior leadership to align communication initiatives with organizational goals and brand strategy.

  • Pay Range: $35.63 - $43.31 hourly

    The Senior Accountant I plays a key role in managing complex financial activities with a strategic lens. This position is responsible for leading high-level reconciliations, preparing accurate financial reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    Senior Accountants also contribute to improving accounting processes, mentor junior staff, and provide insights to leadership. Duties may rotate or shift based on team needs and supervisor assignments.

  • Pay Range: $29.31-35.63 hourly

    Chief Seattle Club provides permanent, affordable, and supportive housing to residents (primarily Native American/Alaska Native) at our facilities. Along with housing comes wrap-around support services to help residents live healthy and sustainable lives.

    The Case Manager works in permanent supportive housing with the Support Assistants and residents on supporting life at our housing sites, which includes culturally adaptive wrap-around services. 

    Goals and objectives are established and evaluated by the Program Manager, Residential Services Director, and Program Director. This position requires on-site work.

  • Pay Range: $94,592 - $99,322

    Under the direction of the Chief Programs Officer, Supportive Housing Director I oversees multiple housing programs including our Housing support program, ensuring timely and innovative program start-up and operations that reflect best practices. This position also ensures that programs align with Chief Seattle Club's mission, vision, and values, and responds effectively to community needs.

    The likely candidate will have strong critical thinking, research, information management, and exemplary communication skills. Experience with evaluation methodology is also desirable, in addition to experience working with urban Native American/Alaska Native populations.

  • Pay Range: $27.92 To $33.94 Hourly

    The Maintenance Technician III is a senior responsible for expert maintenance, repair, and oversight at the Sharon Grayson House. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this technician ensures the safety and functionality of buildings and common areas. Duties include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety systems, assisting in renovation projects, and coordinating vendors.

    The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to service, creating safe and welcoming environments. Must work independently and as part of a team, be dependable, and exercise good judgment.

  • Pay Range: $29.31 To $35.63 Hourly

    Raven Village, a sister project to our first shelter program, Eagle Village. Raven Village will provide housing for 25 homeless singles both males and females with a preferred American Indian/Alaskan Native goal, as they work with our case managers to find permanent housing and job stability.

    The Raven Village Case Manager will create, implement, and monitor plans to assist members in meeting their goals. This position requires excellent oral communication skills. Must work efficiently under pressure and creatively to resolve issues that arise. This position is a key member of the Chief Seattle Club team, responsible for providing culturally competent case management and counseling services to our members.

    This position will report directly to the Raven Village Site Manager and requires sensitivity to the needs of homeless and low-income American Indians and Alaskan Natives. This position requires on-site work.

  • Pay Range: $29.31 - $35.63 Hourly

    Under the general direction of IT Manager, the IT Support Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and support services related to the Chief Seattle Club’s information services infrastructure, including software applications, systems software, network configuration and voice systems communication equipment. Installs, configures, administers, and provides support for applications/hardware as well as basic level user support, technical assistance, and training in the use of the computer systems, equipment, and software; diagnoses problems and determines appropriate action. Ensure various security permissions and backup procedures.

    Shift: Night

Along with housing comes wrap-around support services to help residents live healthy and sustainable lives.

    The Support Assistant works with the Case Managers and residents on supporting life at our housing sites, which includes culturally adaptive wrap-around services.

    Goals and objectives are established and evaluated by the Program Manager, Residential Services Director, and Program Director. Changes to the job description may happen at any time according to the needs of the organization. These positions require on-site work.
