Pay Range: $33.55 - $38.35 Hourly
Status: Full TimeUnder the direction of the Development leadership, the Fund Development Associate supports all efforts related to fundraising and development at Chief Seattle Club (CSC). This individual plays a crucial role within the Development team by assisting in fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities include fostering donor relationships, managing fundraising events, maintaining the donor database efficiently, and ensuring smooth development operations. Additionally, duties involve crafting and implementing donor engagement strategies and coordinating volunteer groups, thereby directly contributing to and enhancing the impact of CSC.
This is a fully onsite position Monday - Friday.

Pay Range: $22.43 - $30.05 Hourly
Status: Part TimeUnder the supervision of the Day Center Program Manager, performs typical laundry tasks (washing and drying) as a service to members of Chief Seattle Club. Meeting the needs of the members with hygiene supplies in a friendly customer service driven fashion is a must. Additionally, the laundry needs of the facility will be met by this position (kitchen towels, member towel and such). Monitoring the area and keeping a safe and healthy work environment is expected. This position also requires facility maintenance.

Status: Full TimeThe Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations for Sacred Medicine House The operations include the lease-up of new tenants, overseeing the turnover of units, coordination of maintenance and janitorial services with the facilities team, oversee building operations, processing accounts payables, accepting rent, and participating as a member of the Chief Seattle Club Real Estate team assisting the Real Estate Director in all aspects of property management as needed. This position will play an integral part in supporting CSC partnerships with an emerging non-profit, and will be key to resolving residents’ issues, maintaining a collaborative working relationship with support services and enforcing rules at Sacred Medicine House.

Status: Full TimeThe Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for staff by coordinating and delivering targeted training programs that reflect the mission of Chief Seattle Club. This position emphasizes the development of core competencies in de-escalation techniques, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), low barrier and harm reduction approaches, maintaining healthy boundaries, and trauma-informed care.
Key Focus Areas:
De-escalation: Lead trainings on practical de-escalation tactics to help staff safely and effectively manage challenging situations while reducing harm and ensuring the well-being of all involved.
PSH/Low Barrier/Harm Reduction: Develop and deliver educational content related to Permanent Supportive Housing principles, low-barrier practices, and harm reduction strategies to support vulnerable populations.
Boundaries: Facilitate sessions on setting and maintaining professional boundaries to foster healthy, ethical, and productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Trauma-Informed Care: Ensure trainings incorporate trauma-informed care principles and practices, reinforcing a culture of empathy, safety, and respect throughout the organization.
Professional Development: Provide ongoing learning opportunities for staff, supporting their growth, skill development, and career advancement.

Status: Full TimeThe Maintenance Technician III is a senior responsible for expert maintenance, repair, and oversight at the Sacred Medicine House location. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this technician ensures the safety and functionality of buildings and common areas. Duties include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety systems, assisting in renovation projects, and coordinating vendors. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to service, creating safe and welcoming environments. Must work independently and as part of a team, be dependable, and exercise good judgment.
Location: Sacred Medicine House
Chief Seattle Club provides permanent, affordable and supportive housing to residents (primarily native American/Alaska Native) at our housing projects: ?al?al, Goldfinch Elder's Housing, Salmonberry Lofts, Sweet Grass Flats, and Sacred Medicine House. Along with housing comes wrap-around support services to help residents live healthy and sustainable lives.
