Salary Range: $29.65 To $36.04 Annually
The Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for staff by coordinating and delivering targeted training programs that reflect the mission of Chief Seattle Club. This position emphasizes the development of core competencies in de-escalation techniques, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), low barrier and harm reduction approaches, maintaining healthy boundaries, and trauma-informed care.

Pay Range: $25.61 To $32.69 Hourly
The Wellbriety Coordinator will work one on one with members of Chief Seattle Club from beginning to the end of their Wellbriety Treatment Plan. The coordinator will monitor their success and build out their treatment plan to connect to internal or external partners. The Wellbriety Coordinator will be responsible for reporting to the Traditional Wellness Manager and placed on the traditional wellness team. The Wellbriety Coordinator will have 1:1 meetings with members, travel between Chief Seattle Club sites to run Wellbriety groups, drum groups, and connect members to services. This position is to support the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual health utilizing Red Road teachings. This role will ensure that all members experience Chief Seattle Club as a place grounded in Native culture that nurtures, affirms, and strengthens the spirit of urban Native people.

Pay Range: $78,716.22 To $95,680.06 Annually
Chief Seattle Club’s permanent supportive housing projects, Goldfinch Elders’ Housing (55+), ?al ?al, Salmonberry, and Sacred Medicine House together can house approximately 340 people, the majority of whom will be Chief Seattle Club members, Native American and Alaska Native.
Many residents/members have chronic and acute mental illness, active addiction issues, and/or trauma. Some have been homeless for many years. Goldfinch, Salmonberry, Sacred Medicine House are low-barrier, trauma-informed, harm reduction programs.
The Program Manager is expected to run their site in alignment with CSC’s mission, vision, and values, as well as grant and funding requirements and promote a positive sense of community among residents by organizing and actively participating in on-site resident/member activities and services.

This Eviction Prevention Case Manager position is a key member of the Chief Seattle Club team, responsible for providing culturally competent housing case management to our members. This position will report directly to the Housing Program Manager and requires sensitivity to the needs of homeless and low-income American Indians.
The Case Manager works with residents facing eviction due to rental arears, or needing assistance with utility payments The case manager position requires in-person meetings with members, application processing, and property management coordination. The Case Manager will work with residents on any barriers they may have that is preventing them from acquiring and keeping a permanent home
This position requires excellent oral and written/communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a large caseload. Must work efficiently under pressure and creatively to resolve issues that arise. This position represents the organization with confidence and professionalism.

The Senior Accountant I plays a key role in managing complex financial activities with a strategic lens. This position is responsible for leading high-level reconciliations, preparing accurate financial reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Senior Accountants also contribute to improving accounting processes, mentor junior staff, and provide insights to leadership. Duties may rotate or shift based on team needs and supervisor assignments.

Salary Range: $34.33 To $39.74 Hourly
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations for Sweetgrass Flats. The operations include the lease-up of new tenants, overseeing the turnover of units, coordination of maintenance and janitorial services with the facilities team, oversee building operations, processing accounts payables, accepting rent, and participating as a member of the Chief Seattle Club Real Estate team assisting the Real Estate Director in all aspects of property management as needed. This position will play an integral part in supporting CSC partnerships with an emerging non-profit, and will be key to resolving residents’ issues, maintaining a collaborative working relationship with support services and enforcing rules at Sweetgrass Flats.

Under the direction of the Chief Programs Officer, Supportive Housing Director I oversees multiple housing programs including our Housing support program, ensuring timely and innovative program start-up and operations that reflect best practices. This position also ensures that programs align with Chief Seattle Club's mission, vision, and values, and responds effectively to community needs.
The likely candidate will have strong critical thinking, research, information management, and exemplary communication skills. Experience with evaluation methodology is also desirable, in addition to experience working with urban Native American/Alaska Native populations.
