We encourage and welcome applicants with professional experience working closely with American Indian and Alaska Native people, or those with relevant lived experience.
We’re looking for:
People who live within commuting distance of downtown Seattle (e.g., King County, Snohomish County, Kitsap County) or, for some positions, live in Washington, Idaho, or Oregon who may be in search of a job in King County
High school and college graduates looking for entry-level positions
Anyone in search of a new career who has experience in social services, homelessness services, and/or Native specific programs
Our positions include on-site roles like Program Managers, Case Managers, and Maintenance Techs; and administrative roles in HR, communications, community development, and more. Some roles require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, but many are open to those with a High School diploma or GED.
